Rwanda Gatare - Western Province 

Process: Natural (Dry)

Sensory Notes: Floral tea rose, dark cherry, orange citrus and cane sugar. Bright and sweet with a syrupy body and balanced finish. A delightful and rare example of a naturally processed coffee from this spectacular origin.

Recommended for Pour Over, but also makes a stellar single origin espresso! 

Suggested Brewing Parameters:

Pour Over: 28g med-fine grind, 16oz water, 198 F, 3:30 minute brew.

SO Espresso: 19g in, 36g out, 34 seconds.
